1 tbspeach Sake and mirin

Slice the carrot into thin matchsticks. Remove the tarako skin, then break up the tarako in a bowl while mixing in the sake and mirin.

In a small heat resistant bowl, microwave for 1.5 minutes at 700W. Remove and mix with the carrots, drizzle in sesame oil and serve.
