Ingredients

15 minutes
4,5 people
  • 300 Gramschickpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinchAjwain
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoongaram masala
  • 1 pinchsoda bicarbonate
  • Water as required
  • Frying
  • Oil as required

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    All ingredients mix together nicely add water gradually and make a paste not too thick nor too thin.
    Rest for 20 to 30 minutes

    Heat the oil and make phulkian with the beater,
    Fry them until crispy
    Remove from oil and let it cool and keep in air tight jar or in fridge for use in chat or dahi bhaly or dahi phulki.
