Take a bowl add minced meat, add all spices mixed it well.

Then add onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chilli sliced, coriander leaves, besan. Knead it then set aside for 15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan, take minced in hand greased it and give shape of flat on your palm. Then fry it on low flame.

After 5 mins change sides. Let it golden brown then strain it on the paper towel and serve it with raita.
