Steps

Peel the potatoes and slice the tomatoes and onions and peppers.

Fry the onions until golden brown.
- 3
Add potatoes, tomatoes and peppers. Add salt to taste

Mix and leave to cook for some minutes.
- 5
Add water.
- 6
Add pre boiled githeri and spread over.
- 7
Leave to cook.
- 8
Mix well and ready to serve.
