Ingredients

  • 400 grglutinous rice
  • 200 grgranted coconut
  • 100 grpalm sugar
  • 2 tbsgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Water to boil
  • 2 cmginger
  • 1 pcspandan leaves
  • Banana leaves to wrap

  1. 1

    Wash the glutinious rice, soak it for 30 minutes. After drains, Take about 2 tbs of it and wrap with banana leaves and bring to boil with all cover with water. Closed container, about 20 minutes.

    Cut them and cover with coconut and palm sugar ginger sauce, ready to eat cold or warm.
