Vegetable Paddu
Steps

Heat oil in a frying pan,add chopped garlic,saute 1 minute.Add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.

Add other vegetables,mix and add powdered spices and salt.Saute for 1 minute.Take out and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add dosa premix and rava.Add curd and salt.Mix and add about 1 cup water to make a batter.Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes,add sauteed vegetables,mix.Add soda bicarb,1 tbsp water and mix.If needed add more water to make a batter of dropping consistency.

Grease a paddu pan,pour the paddu batter in each cavity.Put on flame and keep paddu pan on low flame.Cover the pan.

Cook for 4 minutes,flip the paddus and further cook for 4-5minutes.

Take out and serve with your desired chutney.
