Firstly we will boil the mutton with turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste & some salt with a glass of water in a pressure cooker cook until 3 whistles. Besides wash and drop the chopped fenugreek leaves (fresh) further about the rice I have washed and soaked it for about an hour

Let’s start cooking take a nonstick wok add oil and then pop in chopped onions and hard spices sauté until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste cook for one more minute further add chopped tomatoes and fenugreek leaves cook until tomatoes are soften and fenugreek leaves too
- 3
At this point we will add whisked yoghurt and all regular spices also add the other ingredients

Further add in the boiled mutton with its soup & add water accordingly reason being what type of rice quality we choose to cook so water quantity and cooking timings may vary. Basmati rice comes with instructions on its pack can be followed by it.lastly pop in the soaked rice cover it and cook until it’s done takes around 10-15 minutes probably.

Once it’s done let it rest for 5 minutes to settle the heat in it. And it’s ready to serve. Enjoy it with raita & salad.
