Todays kids get bore with food item quickly & try to skip meals.so I try to make changes in food.kiran shoaib's chocolate pancakes looks so appetizing that I wanted to try them at once. Alas I ran out of chocolate for ganash.so I flipthedish in choco orange wafflecake with just little changes.they look so charming in two colours that bacha party at home enjoyed them throughly.do check out kiran shoaib kitchen and try my flipthedish as well .

1 cupall-purpose flour
1/4 cupsugar
1/2-1 cupmilk
1egg
1 tspbaking powder
1 tbsporange juice
2 tbspcocoa powder
2 tbspmelted butter
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsporange food colour

Mix flour,baking powder,salt, sugar together.add egg,melted butter orange juice and mix well.then add milk slowly in flour and mix well or whisk till smooth batter is formed without lumps.quantity of milk used is between 1/2 & 1 cup depending on batter consistency.

Pour half batter in other bowl.add cocoa powder in one bowl & orange food colour in other bowl. Mix both well.

Slightly grease waffle maker with oil.pour one dish spoon full of cocoa batter first. Then add spoon full ftom orange batter

Close lid and let them cook till done.check from both sides.insert toothpick to check for any liquid when it comes clean,it is done.takeout in plate

Dishout.serve fruit of your choice and cream.I served with strawberries as they are in season now and with some whip cream with cherry on top.enjoy my flipdish
