Maggi is such a versatile ingredient , it can be used in many ways . Today I fused it with chinese flavour.
Steps

First boil maggi noodle for 2 min. Strain it and keep it in a bowl.Now add salt, cornflour and 1 tbsp oil to it. Mix all ingredients well.

Now take some maggi & keep in the center of wire strainer as shown. Make a groove in the center to give a shape of bowl so that we can put stuffing in it. It can be done by placing small strainer in it. Heat oil in a pan & fry it till golden brown.

For stuffing keep ready all veggies. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and all veggies to it. Saute for 2 min. Now add all sauces to it. Add some salt, maggi magic masala & black pepper powder. Add paneer cubes & mix gently. Make cornflour slurry & add to it. At last add some fried maggi to it.

Arrange maggi bowls in a serving plate. Put our tangy, spicy chinese stuffing in it. Garnish it with tomato rose or as per your choice. Enjoy this crispy, chinese form of maggi.
