Few days ago I searched a simple recipe of sandwiches, then I found Saira Abdullah's "egg sandwich recipe" this recipe is simple and easy so I thought to give a variation of potato and chicken powder so I made this and my kids enjoy this simple meal.

2 servings

2eggs
1/2 cupboiled potatoes
Salt to taste
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 tblsoil
1tesp chicken powder
4bread slices

Mix eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat up oil in a fry pan and fry omelette.

Now crumble the egg and mix with boiled potatoes and chicken powder. Mix well.

Take bread slices and spread potato chicken mixture and make sandwiches into sandwich maker.

Tasty sandwich for kids are ready.
