Add water in semolina and rest for 10 minutes. Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and carrom seeds.

Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and green chili.

Mix chopped vegetables in semolina mixture and stir.

Adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding water slowly. It should be of flowing consistency.

Heat a non-stick griddle. Place a bread slice. Spread semolina mixture on it. Pour cooking oil around the slice.

Flip the side carefully. Spread mixture on another side. Roast for a few minutes or till it turns pinkish brown.

Flip again and roast for 2 minutes. Likewise, make other toast also.

Slice it from center diagonally.

Serve hot with red and green chutney
