Steps

Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

Take a bowl to add wheat flour, oil, salt, and water. Make a soft dough. From the dough small portion and make a ball.

Take a dough sprinkle some flour and roll with rolling pin. Top of the chappathi put the garlic paste and spread it. And lift the dough fold up and down and roll it.

Again roll with rolling pin. Put a tawa in high flame. Put the parotta cooked both sides. And add ghee and flip it again.

Garlic Parotta ready to serve. It's goes with Onion and Yogurt.
