Boil 1 pack of Maggi noodles with 1/2 tsp oil and 1 packet Maggi tastemaker. Drain off excess water. Don't over cook.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and garlic and green chilies and saute till it turns translucent. Add mixed veggies and saute for a time. Don't change the color of veggies. Now add the Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, Maggi masala tastemakers, and salt to taste. Mix it well.

Add boiled Maggi noodles and toss it well. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.

Now cut a thin slice off the top of each bun. Hollow out bottom of the bun. Leaving a 1/2" thick shell.

Now brush garlic butter over all bun and shell.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 5 minutes or bun till golden crispy.

Now spread tomato sauce over all the shell and filled with Schezwan Maggi noodles.

Garnish with some grated cheese and serve it.
