Add the required amount of boiling water, as indicated on the Maggi packet, and boil maggi noodles without the tastemaker for 3 – 4 minutes. Drain away the water after boiling.

Heat oil in a pan and temper it with green chillies.
Add the onions and cook them till they are translucent. - 3
Add the bell peppers and sauté them till cooked but still have a bite left.
Add the boiled peas and tomatoes and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes. - 4
Add turmeric, chilli powder and Maggi tastemaker packet to the vegetable and fry the masalas for 1-2 minutes.
Add the boiled rice and noodles to the vegetable and mix thoroughly, taking care that you don’t smash it all together. - 5

Cook for another 1 -2 minutes, mostly to ensure flavouring of the rice and noodles.
Garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot - 7
Serve with chutney curd
