Fluffy But Hard to Tear Omurice

I'm pretty bad at making the egg layer for omurice, but I didn't give up and I figured out this delicious way to make it. If you add a teaspoon of katakuriko, it's even easier!
If there is a difference in temperature between the egg yolks and whites and there's still hard lumps from the whites, the edges will easily tear. The mayonnaise helps to thicken the eggy mixture. This is seriously a fluffy and foolproof omurice recipe. Recipe by mini

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix together the * ingredients with a whisk or fork. Tip: Mix until the lumps of the egg white are completely gone. It's okay if the mayonnaise separates.
- 2
Heat a frying pan on medium-high, grease with butter, and pour in the egg mixture. Fill about 1/3 with rice while the eggs are still raw and fold the eggs over the rice.
- 3
Transfer to a plate as-is to finish. Isn't it enchanting?

[Almost Foolproof Method] It's easy if you put the rice onto a plate and then slowly slide the cooked egg on top. I also recommend tomato risotto.

Easy Omurice - Fluffy Filling Wrapped in Egg Easy Omurice - Fluffy Filling Wrapped in Egg
While creamy omurice is good, my husband prefers the original omrice, so I experimented and settled on this recipe. It is so easy. You can add green pepper and carrot to the filling to make the dish more nutritious. It is great for kids.In Step 5, make sure to only cook the egg until it is half-cooked. If you cook the egg for too long, it will not fold well around the filling. It is best for the underside to be browned, and the top side to be half-cooked. If you cook it well, it will be OK. I worked part-time job at a casual dining restaurant when I was in college and was taught how to make this popular menu item, omurice. It is easy to make, and the result is a creamy and fluffy top. I have made this dish ever since.* Make the dish quickly (take into account direct and residual heat).* Make sure to heat the frying pan thoroughly before cracking the egg.*The restaurant used butter for frying, but I use vegetable oil when making this recipe.* The salt and pepper is my spin to the recipe, so add it to your liking. For Omurice ~ Chicken Rice For Omurice ~ Chicken Rice
Stir-fried ketchup rice is high in calories, so I always make it in the rice cooker. My son likes strong flavors, so I always add a little ketchup to the rice when it's done. I sometimes make omurice, but my son prefers the egg mixed in.This time I used ham, but if you are using chicken, slice it into small pieces, season it with salt and pepper, and cook it with the rice in the rice cooker. Green pepper browns when cooked, so I stir-fry half the amount and add it at the end for a nice, colorful finish. Of course, you can just cook it all in the rice cooker if you want!
