Wash and soak black-eyed beans, udad daal and mung daal for 4hours. Then drain off water and churn into mixture jar and make semi smooth / slightly coarse paste. (If require then add little amount of water that kept from soaking) make it semi thick.

Transfer into bowl and add asafoetida, oil and salt, mix well and beat it with spoon or hand for 2-3min. Then turn on gas stove for oil. Heat it, and add dumplings from better, fry until light brown.

Now prepare all other ingredients. Whisk curd and.ake it smooth. Even you can add sugar to make sweet curd. Soak vada into enough water and some salt to remove excess oil. Soak it for at least 15min. Then press it and remove oil. Keep aside.

Now add vada into bowl, add some curd, cumin powder, chilli powder, sweet chutney, pomegranate seeds, peanuts, salt and coriander leaves. Again add some curd and sprinkle some more spice powders.

Our mouth melting dahi vada is ready to serve. Enjoy this as your evening snack.

Even make it simple with curd, MASALA PEANUTS, roasted cumin powder, chili powder, coriander leaves, salt and sweet chutney.
(Mix chaat masala and chili powder for batter taste. & use less amount of roasted cumin powder)
