For dough : In a plate. Combine whole wheat flour, ajwain (carom seeds), salt. Mix.....well. Add enough water and knead into a smooth dough. Keep aside. From the dough take a small ball and roll a portion of the dough. Place a stuffing in the centre of the circle. Close the edges tightly. Roll again in to a circle with a little flour.

Heat tava and cook the onion roti with 1 tsp ghee till it become light brown both the sides. Once it is done.

Transfer to a plate. Serve immediately hot...................onion roti with curd raita or mango pickle........................
