Wash and cut the mango remove seed from mango. (Gotli)

Now stuff the masala in mango keep aside.

Now arrange them in big bowl of steel one. Or Transfer them in a glass jar, closing the lid tightly and keep without disturbing for 24 hours.

After 24 hours heat the oil let it be cool down and add into mango jar. You can add chilli if you like more spicy.
