First take brown bread slices
Cut their corners.
Now cut them in halves.
Now roll them flat gently with rolling pin.
Now make a mixture in a katori for stuffing with
Grated coconut and raisins with pinch of salt and black pepper powder.
Now take some milk in a bowl.
Now slightly wet the bread pieces in the milk and place the dryfruit stuffing in it and fold to make a ball or oval shape bhalla.
Similarly make all bhallas. - 2
Now keep them in refrigerator to set for 10-15 minutes.

Now take curd in a bowl and add little milk and gently beat it.
Now add some boondis in the curd and stir them.
Add sugar in it and mix well sothat sugar is diluted properly.
Now take a serving bowl and place bhallas in it.
Now pour boondi curd on them.
Now add salt as per taste and slightly mix it.
Now add black pepper powder and mix it.
Now add chopped grapes.
Add homemade green tomato and coriander chutney.
Now add tomato ketchup or sweet chutney.

Add roasted cumin seeds powder(crushed).
