  • 2medium size cauliflower
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspeach of thyme, yellow pepper and nutmeg
  • Seasoning to taste

  1. 1

    Get set your curd, slice between the big ones

    Heat your pan on moderate heat, pour in your curd, sprinkle oil, spices and seasoning, keep for a while then turn the curd from time to time with a spatula until light golden brown.

    Serve.... So yummy. I just love cauliflower 😍
