Laapsi is very easy to make , healthy and delicious sweet dish .

Steps

Firstly, in a pressure cooker heat ghee and add cinnamon, cardamom stir until it turns aromatic.

Now add daliya, chopped Cashews, Almonds raisins and Pistachio, mix all together and roast on low flame. Roast for 5 minutes or until the daliya turns aromatic.

Further, add jaggery and water and mix well.
cover and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or until daliya are cooked completely.
open the cooker after 10 minutes.Lapsi is ready. - 4
Serve in a bowl. Garnish hot or cold with some fresh unsweetened malai or rabri (optional), chopped almond -pistachios and saffron strands.
