Steps

Potato mousse_Boil the potatoes till they are tender.

Check on the potatoes after 20 to 25 minutes.

Drain the excess water.

Mash the potatoes the way you feel comfortable.

Add milk, pepper, butter and salt to taste

Cook it on a low flame till you get the required consistency.

Garnish it with freshly chopped parsley

Panipuri ice cream
In vanilla ice cream add dry panipuri premix powder & pinch green colour

Mix all ingredients n set in fridger till it set

Assemble.
In puris put potato mousse,panipuri ice cream & njoy your tempting mouthwatering street food with twist
