Ingredients

30 min
Makes 9 muffins
  1. 1 1/4 cupsflour
  2. 1/8 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 3/4 cuppeach yogurt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/4 cupbutter
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. 4large strawberries
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    Cream together the butter and the sugar in a mixer.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and mix.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the flour, baking powder, and salt alternating with the peach yogurt.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice. Cut the strawberries and fold them in.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 375

  6. 6

    Grease you muffin pan and pour in batter

  7. 7

    Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
