Steps

Take a heavy bottom kadai pour Milk let it boil reduce stirring it until the quantity decreases to half.

Add soaked rice and keep stirring it for 10-15 minutes more. Add Kesar thread (Soaked in milk).

Then add sugar and cardamom powder and stir for another 10-15 minutes till it becomes thick.

Turn off the flame and keep it to cool.
Decorate it with nuts.
