Pointed Gourd Curry

Fry the ingredients to grind and grind it to a fine powder without adding water.

Cut pointed gourd into small pieces and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

In a kadai, temper the ingredients. Add garlic and pressure cooked pointed gourd.

Pour tamarind water. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Allow to boil to cook garlic.

Add the finely grinded powder and mix well. Allow to boil for a minute.

Lastly add Jaggery and mix well. Spread with chopped coriander leaves. Delicious pointed gourd curry is ready to serve.
