Oil mein ginger paste dal ke fry karen 2 -3 mints baad chicken dal dain aur usay 5-10 mint fry karen.

Piyaz aur tamatar ko grind kar ke usay chicken mein dalen sath namak, mirch aur haldi daal ke pakayen.

Chicken gal jae to is mein dahi dal ke pakayen. Sath hi zeera aur dhania shamil karen. Green chilli aur hare dhaniye ke sath garnish karen.
