Steps

Wash brinjals and dry it then apply oil on brinjals and set on pateeli and put it on high flame for one min then low the flame and cook until perfectly done

Now peel it and mash it

Now add onion chillies and coriander leaves in yogurt
Add salt chilli flake and mashed brinjal and mix - 4
Now heat oil add tarka ingredients and make tarka and add into yigurt mixture

Very healthy and satisfying baigan raita is ready serve with chapati
