Kishimen Lasagna From Leftover Stew

This is a dish I used to make at a restaurant I worked at.
For the white sauce, you can use store-bought béchamel, or cream stew.
For the hayashi rice, you can use beef stew, demi-glace sauce, meat sauce, or even curry. Leftovers are also okay.

Boil the kishimen for about a minute, unravel, and drain.

Top with the ☆, 〇, ■, ★, and ● ingredients in that order.

Microwave. When the cheese melts, it's complete.

With just one type of sauce is already delicious, but adding the white sauce makes it even more tasty.
