Tzaziki - yogurt cucumber cream

Ingredients

  1. 2cucumbers
  2. 500 ccgreek yogurt
  3. 2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tsppepper
  6. 2 tbspdill
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 1/2lemon, juice

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the cucumbers. The thin ones are better as they have less liquid.

    Once grated, put cucumber on cheese cloth or towel, and squeeze out the liquid.

    Add cucumber,salt pepper garlic dill and lemon juice to yogurt and stir.

    Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and stir

  5. 5

    Let chill in fridge at least half an hour.

  6. 6

    Optional: once out of fridge, stir again. Drizzle a squirt of olive oil and serve.
