First remove the edges of bread slices. Take it in a blender & make a fine powder of it.

Take it out in a bowl & add semolina, curd, salt & turmeric. Make a fine paste with the help of water. Let it rest for 15 min. After it beat it well & add fruit salt to it. Mix it gently.

Now pour the batter in a greased tin & keep it in a steamer. Steam it about 15 - 20 min. When it cools demould it. Now for tadka take oil in a pan add asefoetida, mustard seeds & green chillies to it. When it splutters add water to it. Add salt & sugar to it. Pour this tadka to dhokla.

I cut it in small rounds with cookie cutter. You can cut it as per your choice. Garnish it with green coriander. Spongy bread dhokla disc is ready to serve.
