For suji puri

Take semolina add oil, salt, and mix them well

Take warm water and add in the semolina as required and the make loose dough of it.

Keep it knitting for 5-6 min.
then take wet cloth and cover the dough for ½ hour. - 5
Now make small of dough and roll it into small puri and cover it.
Now heat up the oil.
when oil becomes very hot put the puris for frying. - 6
For making pani puri pani

Take a grinder add Coriander, mint leaves, ginger, green chilli and the add water for making paste.

Now put the paste in the bowl and add water nearly 1 liter.
now add in that water add black salt, salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, hing, lemon juice mix them well and filter it. - 9
Then add bundi and put it in freeze for chilling it and then serve it
