So after the special chole bhathuras , my dessert kitchen speciality is this Matka kulfi. So chalo kuch meetha ho jai !! #mykitchenspeciality

Grate the gourd and squeeze out the excess water. In a big heavy bottom vessel, cook grated gourd till it cooks and water content dries up. Add in the milk and after one boil, cook on medium flame till the milk reduces.

Add milk powder and sugar such that no lumps are formed. Cook till milk thickens add cardamom powder, Kesar, nuts, kewra essence.Remove from flame cool and blend it in a blender such that you get a creamy smooth texture

Now pour them in Matkas or kullars garnish it with more chopped nuts.Cover each with alluminium foil freeze till set. Generally it takes 4 hrs to set nicely. Enjoy the coolest one!!

Notes
1) Check the sugar if you want to add more sweet.
2) Take out the kullars from the freezer five to seven mins before serving else the kulfi becomes too hard to cut with spoon.
3) Adding gourd in the kulfi makes it very yummy ! !
