Steps

Soak Ural dal for 3 to 4 hours and rice also.

Grind urad and rice smooth paste.

Add,green chilli,ginger,coriander leaves

Add onions and salt.

Mix it well.

Take a pan add oil for deefry.heat oil until the mixture takes small ball size and press the below photo.

The vada cooked in medium to high flame for 3 minutes.

Crispy crispy and yummy yummy vada is ready.

It is served with sambar(or) ground nuts chutney.both are super combination.
