Emirates Macaroni with schezwan chutney seasoning

This is mostly one of my quick breakfast meal options as it’s ready in just few minutes. Basically this macaroni is boiled in exactly 3 minutes for tossing it with desired seasoning or vegetables takes few more minutes. For adding more veggies and other seasonings it’s one’s own choice.We love this recipe and it’s insanely delicious..!

Firstly pick a wok add water as per pack instructions pop in all the macaroni with some salt let it boil exactly for 3 minutes then immediately add to a colander and rinse it under cold water once. This process stops further cooking and it’s perfect. In that add schezwan chutney and tomato ketchup toss it until combined. Set aside

In another wok add oil next add cumin seeds and after few seconds pop in the chopped onions sauté until golden further add chopped carrots let it cook well then add all dry spices while everything is cooked well now toss it well with all macaroni and garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle vinegar.

Pop it in serving plates and serve with tomato ketchup. Our deliciously awesome emirates Macaroni is ready to relish..!
