Steps

Soak Rice, green gram and Urad daal together for minimum 8 hours or overnight. Grind it with required water. Add crushed green chillies and ginger, turmeric and salt. Mix it well and keep aside for fermentation.

Add 1/2 soda and oil. Mix it well. Grease the thali and add couple of laddleful batter into that. Steam it for 25 minutes. Let it cool. Cut it and serve with gingelly oil and chuteny.
