Firstly in a bowl crush biscuits.

Make ganache by melting dark chocolate with amul cream.

Mix a little more then half of the ganache with crushed biscuits. Just enough to bind the mixture. Also add raisins.

Line a box with aluminum foil and put the mixture in it. Press and level it. Keep it in freezer for 10 minutes.

Now Demould the set biscuits. Pour the remaining ganache on it.

Garnish with strawberries and cut in two pieces. Serve cold.
