Chilli coriander leaves and capsicum crush together till paste. Heat a 1 tbsp oil in pan. Then add a onion pieces and saute it. Than add a salt and green paste stir until cook. Than add the rice stir until mix well and keep aside.

Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in pan. Add the diced onion saute it and add the all vegetables one by one. Saute it till half cook. Than add a chilli, ginger, garlic paste.Stir and add the salt,sugar, oregano, maggi magic masala, soya sauce, vinegar, 1/2 cup corn flour slury one by one, Cook till thick. Add the tomato sauce mix well. Veggies sizzler sauce ready.

1 table spoon veggie sauce keep aside for topping. Add the boiled Hakka Noodles in veggis sizzler sauce and mix well.

Heat a sizzler plate or nonstick skillet spread a butter and arrange the layer of cabbage leaves on plate. Arrange a green rice & noodles on cabbage.pour the butter in around the plate for sizzling & smoke flavour. Indo Mex Sizzler is ready for serve.

Arrange a Indo Mex Sizzler in serving plate with finger chips. Tomato slices and sizzler sauce topping.Ready a delicious, tasty,healthy mouth watering "Indo Max sizzler".
