White rice and potato stew

Put a pot on fire. Perboil rice, drain and cook

Peel wash & dice irish potatoes. Boil till soft. Do not over cook.

Add the blended ingredients in a pot & allow the water to go off, add vegetable oil & fry for some minutes.

Add the meat stock then your maggi & spices. Put ur boiled irish potatoes & stir. Cover & leave for 2 minutes. Serve.
