Wash and prep all veggies and protein then keep aside

In a pot, heat up oil, add in onions, bay leaf and black pepper powder and sauté on medium heat. Add in shredded carrots and little salt/seasonings of choice and allow to simmer not shrink.

Next pour in cooked basmati rice and stir. Then allow for even distribution of flavors on low heat. Then turn off heat.

In a pan, drizzle little oil, add in onions and minced garlic, stir and add shredded beef. Pour in seasonings and spices of choice.Kip stirring until cooked through on medium heat. Pour green beans and kip stirring.

Add in red pepper, scotch bonnet(if u want it spicy hot). Kip stirring. Then get one teaspoon of corn starch and mix wth 2 tablespoons of water. Pour mixture into sauce and allow to simmer

Cover and allow to simmer on medium to low heat. Then pour in green peppers

Rice can be eaten alone or with the shredded beef sauce
