Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack moong or maah ki daal
  2. 1big avocado
  3. 2 tbspwhite onion
  4. 1big tomato chopped
  5. Some peanuts
  6. 1small cucumber
  7. Some raisins or cranberries
  8. Some pineapple chunks
  9. Some mango dices
  10. 4 tbsprolled oats
  11. 2 tbspolive oil
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1 tsphoney
  14. 2 tbsporange juice
  15. Halftsp rock salt
  16. Halftsp black pepper
  17. 1 tspmayo
  18. Halftsp chaat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First of all for sprouts=rinse the black moong then make wet a towel or hand towel from kitchen just hide the moong to make sprouts.it will take 3 to 4 days

    Now after making sprouts boil them in water by adding pinch of salt and turmeric until become totally soft

  3. 3

    Now mix all the raw vegetables into sprouts and mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl then pour them on salad. Enjoy
