Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 2 cupspoha
  • 1chopped onion
  • 4chopped green chillies
  • 1boil potato
  • 1 cupboil peas
  • leavesCurry
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspheeng
  • 2 tbspfried peanut
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil to it. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and heeng to it let it stir it then add chopped onion to it and saute it until it becomes brown.

    Add diced potato, peas, dried peanuts to it stir it for a while then add washed poha to it and dry spices also.(Salt,red chilly powder, turmeric powder,chat masala, coriander powder) add 1 tbsp lemon juice also.It's ready to serve.
