Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2.Place boneless Pork joint in a Roasting Tin,or Skillet and add Vegetable Oil and slowly roast - maybe for a minimum of 6 hours.
- 2
Add cold water and sugar to a saucepan - peel, wash and chop Bramley Apples - cook on the hob until the Bramley Apples become mushy.Add finely chopped diced Dessert Apples to the pureed Bramley Apple Sauce - could cook them through a little. Can serve the cold cooked Apple Sauce - cold. The Pork is probably best served hot,or warm, resting the cooked Pork for about 30 minutes will leave the Pork cold.
