  • 150 gready made fresh udon noodles
  • Wild Garlic pesto
    Wild garlic pesto 💚
  • 2-3 tbspedamame beans
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • Pinchthai chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsplemon zest (optional)
  • Pinchsalt and pepper

    Blanched udon for a few minutes in boiling water in the saucepan just to heat up your noodles. Drain and put back in the saucepan

    Add some pesto, edamame and mix well. Taste and add pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and serve. Garnish with lemon zest and some chilli flakes.
