Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1 cupginger
  • 8garlic
  • 8Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tbspTamarind
  • 2 Tbspjaggery
  • As per taste Salt
  • as requriedOil
  • SomeCurry leaves
  • 2 tbsChana dal
  • 2 tbsurad dal
  • 1/2 tspmethi
  • 1 tbsdhania
  • 1 tbszeera
  • 1/2 tsprai(mustard)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop and fry ginger in 1 tbsp oil keep aside, grind when cool, roast Chana dal urad dal. fry whole red chili, dhania,jeera, methi, grind all the ingredients when cooled.

    Prepare a take, heat oil add mustard, garlic, whole dry red chili, add jaggery and imli pulp to ginger and dal mixture, add water if necessary, heat oil and cook ginger dal mixture, add more oil to store for a long time,

    Keep cooking till color choices, add tadaka mix well,let it cool store in air tight containers, keep in fridge for long shelf life.
