Honey Chilli Potato🍯🥔
Steps

Peel off potatoes and cut them length wise like French fries.

To boil them heat up a pan and add potatoes, 2 tsp salt and water. Let it heat on medium flame until it gets a boil.

After it gets a boil lower the flame and cook it for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame and strain out potatoes. Add it in a bigger bowl.

Now add in 1 tbsp plain flour and 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well with potatoes. Keep it aside.

Take another bowl add 1/4 cup of plain flour, 1/4 cup of rice flour, half tsp of salt and make a thick and slimy batter by adding water and mixing.

Now add boiled potatoes into it and mix well.

Add oil in a pan heat it and deep fry these coated potatoes in it at low medium flame until slightly golden.

Now heat up oil to high and double fry these potatoes. Potatoes are ready.

For sauce heat up a pan, add in some oil, garlic cloves, green chillies and cook it for a minute.

Now add Onion and cook it for about a minute again in high heat.

Add half a tsp of salt, sugar, soya sauce, ketchup and red chilli sauce. Mix them well and let it cook for a minute on high heat.

Now Add half a cup of water and bring it to boil.

In a separate bowl add in 1 tsp of corn flour along with 3 tbsp of water, mix well and start adding it to the mixture 1 tsp at a time until it gets thick.

Turn off the flame, add honey and mix well. Add potatoes in it and mix it well.

Honey chilli potato is Ready! Sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve hot!!
