Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsground beef or lamb (500 grams)
  2. 1 cupfine bulgur (about 150 grams)
  3. 1grated onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. 1 teaspoondried mint
  7. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  8. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoondried thyme
  10. 1/2 cupwarm water (120 ml) for soaking the bulgur

    Rinse the bulgur, then drain well.

  2. 2

    Add the warm water to the bulgur and let it soak until absorbed.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients to the bulgur and mix well.

  4. 4

    Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut, then form each onto a skewer.

  5. 5

    Gently remove each kebab from the skewer and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

    Bake the kebabs in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C), turning once, for 15–20 minutes or until browned on both sides.

    Serve hot.

الطبخ هوايتي وخصوصا الاطباق الجديدة بحس انا بتزيدني خبرة شرط ما تكون غريبة كتير يعني تشبه اكلنا العربي .زوجي بيحب الاكلات التقليدية بس ولادي بيحبو دائما تجديد وتنويع لذلك بتشجع على اني جرب وصفات جديدة. في وقت فراغي بتصفح مواقع طبخ باللغة الالمانية او الكتب ،باللغة العربية موقع كوكباد المفضل عندي وتقريبا الوحيد من ناحية الوصفات والاعضاء
