Ingredients

  1. 600 mlAmul fresh cream
  2. 400 gmNestle milkmaid
  3. 1 tspBourbon vanilla extract
  4. 200 gmPistachio (ground coarsely)
  5. 100 gmRaisins
  6. 100 gmBlueberries (cut into small pieces)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl whip cream for 5 -7 minutes

  2. 2

    Pour milkmaid and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Add ground pista, raisins and blueberries. Mix.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture to ice cream tray or any container of your choice.

  5. 5

    Freeze for 8 hrs. Scoop and serve.
