Quinoa Pound Cake

I love finding new breakfast alternatives, trying new flavors, and maybe even having a healthier dessert... without butter, using natural gluten-free flours and raw cane sugar, which, along with quinoa flour, not only gives a slightly bitter taste but also a nice amber color.

Sweet Potato Pound Cake Sweet Potato Pound Cake
I wanted to have some sweet potatoes but I wanted some cake, too. So I granted this wish with this potato-filled cake I created. The potatoes inside this cake are boiled for sweetness and the cake itself was made to be not too dense.Though it may be a bit annoying, straining the sweet potatoes will give them a softer feel.Add in the egg a little at a time so they don't separate. The cake will come out with a lighter finish if you use powdered sugar. Even if one part gets burned, it will still be delicious. If you let the cake sit for a day, it will become moist and even more delicious. Recipe by Keyua cookpad.japan -

I posted this recipe for my own reference. I wanted to eat a sweet snack that leaves me feeling full. The popular version of this pound cake uses a ripe banana. If the banana is a little hard, microwave it a bit before mashing it.If the sweetness of the banana alone is enough, omit the sugar.Use your choice of dried fruit. (Raisins, figs, etc.)You can substitute cake flour for the whole wheat flour, and regular milk for the soy milk. Recipe by Kamiko cookpad.japan -
