  • 2medium sized potatoes
  • 2Eggs
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Peel, wash and thinly slice your potatoes and smokies

    Beat the two eggs with salt

    In a pan with oil on medium heat, fry the potatoes first until cooked

  4. 4

    Once cooked add in the smokies and finally the eggs

    Cook until it's we'll set and season with enough salt.
