Pour the sifted flour into a rigid bowl. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and mix well. Create a hole in the center and keep aside.

In another bowl, put together butter, water, eggs and mix well. Pour the liquid mixture into the hole.

Gently stir in the dry and the liquid mixtures. The mixture should be done in a circular motion at all times.

Heat up the frying oil. Form the balls using an ice cream scoop spoon or your fingers. Dip the spoon in water for each ball.

Allow the balls to fry about 4-5 mins on both sides. Drain the oil from the brown buns using towel paper. Serve!
